Is this really top?

What is your idea of top rated coffee makers? It would probably come from some established coffee company, maybe saeco, rancilio or at least a bunn.

So, when people bring you to a place known as Ya Kun (Singapore) and let you drink a coffee that is slightly more than a cup of double espresso (probably 6 ounces), and tell you that this is superb coffee, you would want to look from which machine right?

You would find none. This is because the "machine" that is making this coffee , and for your information, the coffee is really good, is an old man.

This is their baristas, their coffee machine, their one stop solution for the great coffee. Think about it, this is a man that has been making coffee and exciting people taste, for more than a decade, would it not be much better than one of those top rated coffee makers?

I do not know how one can compare coffee makers to him, but at the moment of drinking and till now, I think he is a real pro and really good...
